Your 7am is inten minutes.

You already know what they lifted last Tuesday, what they're working toward, and how many sessions they have left — without opening a spreadsheet.

Two products, one house

BinaFit for the gym floor.
BinaLaga for the mats.

BinaFit

Strength, gym coaching, Hyrox, running and swimming.

  • Up to three tracked goals per client, weighed against their own starting numbers — never a generic chart.
  • A session logger built for sets, reps and splits — the same splits format covers a Hyrox station list, a run session or a swim set.
  • Body composition — weight, body fat, girths — as its own always-shown block, taken as one measurement round.
  • The evolving character: a quiet line-art marker of how far a client's actually come. Never an XP bar.
BinaLaga

Combat sports and MMA coaching.

  • Rounds, RPE and a focus tag — a combat session logged the way it's actually coached.
  • A drill suggester that filters by injury, equipment and partner — never shown to the client, only ever offered to you.
  • The same client tracking and evolving character as BinaFit, tuned for a fight camp instead of a rep count.
Product, not concept

Tap around. This is the real app, not a recording.

BinaFit — live demo, tap around

Open a client, scroll their goal progress, try logging a session — it's the actual app, seeded with sample clients.

BinaLaga — live demo, tap around

Same app, combat fields — rounds, RPE, focus area. Poke at the drill suggester on a client's logger.

What it replaces

Nothing here is a dashboard you have to visit.

The group chat
A client requests an open slot, you confirm it. WhatsApp still carries the message — the app just keeps the record straight.
The shared spreadsheet
A credit ledger that never drifts. Sell a package, log a session, the balance updates itself.
The paper log
Progress tracked against each client's own stated goal, not a chart nobody asked for.
Guessing who to nudge
Low-credit clients and open requests surface first, not buried three taps into a client list.

Who builds it

Built in Brunei, for how a trainer here actually works.

The coaching apps you can sign up for today assume a card on file, dollar pricing, and a client willing to install something. Bina assumes none of that. B$ on a bank transfer. WhatsApp carries the message. The client portal opens in a browser — there's nothing for them to download.

It's made by IA Studio, a Brunei studio building brand and software work for local businesses. Bina is its own product, not a one-off built for a single gym — so it gets maintained, not handed over and forgotten.
